Testimonials

Ingrid Facius

In the role of Strategy Lead for the Shree Ghanapathy Temple, Latha was instrumental to ensuring that the outcomes of the Strategy workshop were clear and that key stakeholders felt engaged. She is instrumental to delivery of the strategy and transformation, as well as ensuring key functions (many new to the operation) have processes, policies and the right people in place for success. She brings foresight, practicality, huge amounts of energy and is adept at applying all her MBA knowledge & learning to every corner of the organisation.

Paul Hackett

“Medical Doctor, Chief Medical Officer and, most recently, senior consultant to the Pharma industry, Latha is a strategic thinker who brings unique insight, understanding and, crucially, a human-centred perspective to complex organisational and commercial challenges. Whilst completing her MBA, Latha found time to help analyse, critique and shape the new-to-market propositions behind initiatives such as our ‘WellBeing Impact Advisory Board’ and Fractional Chief Wellbeing Officers. In an economy defined by ever-changing expectations, surrounded by uncertainty, it’s brilliant to have Latha as Adviser to The WellBeings.London and our go-to Wise Counsel”.

Rashmi Papneja

“Great management skills, ready to take on new challenges and a smiley face 😊

I had the opportunity to work alongside Latha when she was working as Medical Director for Colonis (now Clinigen). She has good listening skills and the ability to influence you without authority. She always sees value in new and innovative ideas and is never reluctant to think outside the box. She recognizes the team for their effort and gives constructive feedback which helps towards your growth and development.”

Emma Holmes

“I have had the pleasure of working with Latha over the past 12 months at Zogenix. She has been a huge asset to the medical team and the European group, bringing her passion, commitment and leadership to the role. She inspires confidence and is always willing to give advice and share her experience when needed. She is also great fun to work with! I have no hesitation in recommending Latha.”

Sharmila Kopan de Queirós

“I have worked with Latha as a fellow consultant for the last 12 months at Zogenix International in a EU capacity. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with a highly experienced, passionate and patient focussed colleague. Latha has a wealth of experience, especially in the rare disease area which she shares with the team. She draws on her extensive final signatory knowledge of the ABPI code to help advise her colleagues accordingly.

She is a natural collaborator, has a can-do approach, demonstrates a strategic mindset and delivers her projects to an exceptional standard. I hope to get an opportunity to work with Latha again in the future.”
